Well there really hasnt been much to report but I guess if you are all going to keep checking in I should at least say thanks and HI. We have been laying low for several weeks first preparing for xmas, you all know how that goes, then second recovering from xmas. The weather is still cold as heck but no snow. Pretty weird that I live near the alps and I can only see snow at the top of the mountains. Kids are back in school after an extended break and I couldnt be happier. Most of you got an email with pics of my New Years Doo and I like it more each day now that the shock has worn off. I am still hitting the gym daily and have now started a weight training circuit. The weight is coming off alot more slowly now that the biggest portion is gone. The trainer at the gym assures me that it is because I am now rapidly building lean muscle mass and it weighs more than fat and takes up less room on my body. I guess I notice more and more a leaner look and I am deff. going down in sizes but not seeing the numbers drop is a bit nerve racking. But I am committed to this new path and the kids now go to the gym with me most of the time and play basketball, climb ropes, and even sometimes get on the machines. Josh did 4 miles the other day on the bike next to me on the elliptical. All in all I am happy to see them excerseing more and having fun and they all actually chose fruit out of the fruit bowl on the table for their snack willingly. I feel that this life change I am making is an impression on us all. Guess I finally accepted that I am getting older (Paul shut up!) and need to treat my body better if I want it to last me a few more decades.
Well that is about it for now... traveling has been suspended for a month or two till it warms up. We do alot of bowling and roller skating instead to have fun outside of the house.
Yall take care and I miss you all....
Jenny
